• Call a Friend & Take a Walk – Moderate exercise 5 times a week helps to reduce colds.
• Disinfect Surfaces Regularly – Door knobs, taps, TV remotes, etc can all store germs.
• Eat & Sleep Well – A healthy diet & 7 hours of sleep daily makes you less vulnerable to germs.
• Fight It With Garlic – People taking garlic supplements have fewer and shorter colds.
