Hello my lovelies
I hope you all are doing well. First Day of June is tomorrow and I am super excited to be starting my Juicing in June Challenge. I am nervous and excited at the same time.
I've decided to start the Juicing challenge for 2 reasons...well for more but 2 main ones. #1 I heard it super cleanses your body gets rid of all the "bad stuff" and I heard that you just feel more energized and that it's super good for your skin. #2 My husband bought me the Jack LaLane Power Juicer last month and I have yet to use it, and he kinda brought it up...and I felt bad lol so Juicing here I come.
Here is what my Recipe for tomorrow looks like
Friday June 1 (Day 1)
Starting weight: 152 pounds
Breakfast: 8 carrots and 2 Oranges
Lunch: 2 Beets, 2 carrots, 1 apple and 1" ginger root.
Super: I will be having a protein shake.
Any snacks in between are Greek Yogurt (again for protein) and raw veggies.
