Spruce Grove and Stony Plain RCMP have charged 57 year old Way Tin Choy of Sexual Assault and Sexual Exploitation.
Stony Plain RCMP Corporal Colette Zazulak tells us how police discovered the crime.
A second victim has come forward, and police suspect that there may be other victims as well.
