A fire broke out Saturday afternoon near the Groat Creek staging area along Highway 32.  Crews have Township Road 590 barricaded off.  Officials have not yet said what started the blaze, which is about 40 hectares in size.

Over 30 firefighters are battling the fire, which is threatening structures in the Groat Creek Loop  They also have the support of several water bombers and helicopters in the air.
