- TO ENTER: simply fill out the web form above in order to be eligible to win;
- IF SELECTED: If a selected entrant cannot be qualified using the information provided in the entry form above at the time of entry within 5 business days or declines the prize it will be forfeited. In the event that a selected entrant declines the prize, another entrant will be selected;
- NUMBER OF WINNERS PER HOUSEHOLD: Only one (1) entry per person or household is eligible to win a prize on a “per contest” basis;
- PRIZE AWARDED: Participants will be eligible to win the prize being awarded. Prizes have no cash value;
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase necessary to enter the contests;
- PRIZE AS AWARDED: Prize must be accepted as awarded;
- TRANSFER OF PRIZE: Prize may not be transferred to another individual;
- PRIZE HAS NOT CASH VALUE: Prize may not be converted to cash;
- PRIZE SUBSTITUION: XM 105 FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability of the advertised prize;
- PRIZE DISTRIBUTION: All prizes will be mailed out to the winner within five (5) business days to the address provided in the entry form above except where XM 105 FM deems it necessary to arrange pickup of the prize by the declared winner;
- IDENTIFICATION OF WINNER: If necessary, proper picture identification (i.e. valid driver’s license) may be required from the winner at time of pickup;
- RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: At the discretion of XM 105 FM, selected entrants may be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being awarded a prize. If the selected entrant is unwilling to sign a release, they forfeit the prize;
- PUBLICATION OF NAME: By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by XM 105 FM, without compensation;
- PUBLICATION OF PHOTOGRAPH: Winners consent to their photograph being taken by XM 105 FM without compensation;
- PROPERTY OF ENTRIES: All entries are property of XM 105 FM;
- WHOM MAY QUALIFY: Contests are open to residents of Alberta, with the exception of employees of XM 105 FM, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled;
- LAWS: Contests are subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations;
- CORRESPONDENCE: No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants;
- CHANCES OF WINNING: Chances of winning depend on the number of entries received;
- INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: All entries which are incomplete or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules shall be disqualified;
- CANCELLATION OF CONTEST: XM 105 FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest should at any time without notice. XM 105 FM is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing, advertising or broadcasting any aspect of the contest;
- PERSONAL DATA: XM 105 FM is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides XM 105 with explicit permission to do so;
