The graduation rate for Living Waters Catholic Schools has grown 16.7 percent over the last year for First Nations, Metis and Inuit students.
That group’s graduation rate is 13 percent higher compared to the rest of the province.
Superintendent Jo-Anne Lanctot says staff have put in the work to boost the numbers.
Lanctot says the growth can be attributed to working with students and their needs.
Officials with Living Waters are boasting some impressive numbers when it comes to their Provincial Acheivement Tests. Grade six and grade nine students outperformed their provincial counterparts when it comes to English Language Arts at the acceptable standard.
