This afternoon, Saskatchewan RCMP announced in a press conference they have laid charges in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash, three months to the day of the tragedy.
The 29-year-old driver of the semi-truck in the fatal collision, Jaskirat Sidhu, has been arrested and charged with 16 counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and 13 counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily injury.

RCMP say there is still limited information they can give about certain types of evidence gathered because the matter is now before the courts.
Sidhu, from Calgary, is scheduled to appear in Saskatchewan court next week.
