Grande Yellowhead Public School Division is moving on to the next phase of their Evansburg and Wildwood Facilities Review Project.

The school division is conducting a review of three facilities in the Lobstick zone: Evansview School and Grand Trunk High School in Evansburg and Wildwood School in Wildwood, to determine how the division can provide the best learning environment and educational programs to students, given the resources available.

Community sessions were first held in June to learn about the review.

Now Phase Two will include a hands-on workshop taking place tonight, September 13th, at the Wildwood Community Hall from 6-9 pm for the public to give input on decisions being made. Participants are asked to pre-register online at Eventbrite.

There will also be two drop-in sessions taking place on September 19th at Grand Trunk High School and September 20th at Wildwood school from 4 to 8 pm to review the options being considered.

An online survey on www.gypsd.ca will be open from September 19th to the 22nd for those unable to attend the sessions but wish to give feedback.
