The provincial government has invested in new business opportunities, jobs, and repairs to roads in the town of Fox Creek.
Alberta Energy Minister and MLA for Dunvegan-Central Peace-Notley, Marg McCuaig-Boyd announced October 4th that an area of land near Highway 43 has been released to Fox Creek to use for economic development.
The parcel of land had been frozen by previous governments since 2010, but Alberta Transportation has granted the town access to use it for private investment to build a hotel and restaurant.
