RCMP Charge Two in Spruce Grove Break and Enter

Spruce Grove-Stony Plain RCMP have charged two people from Edmonton following a break and enter investigation.

On February 18th, RCMP members responded to a call of a Break and Enter to a business in Spruce Grove.

The investigation revealed that over five thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen from the business.

With the assistance of video surveillance and a thorough investigation, two suspects were eventually identified and then charged.

38-year-old Nicholas Lepine and 21-year-old Allisha Gariepy, both from Edmonton, were charged with:

· Other theft over $5000

· Breaking and entering a business with intent

· Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

· Possession of methamphetamine

· Possession of break-in instruments

After a judicial hearing, both were released and are scheduled to appear in Stony Plain Provincial Court on March 13th.

Some of the stolen property was recovered, however, much of it is still outstanding.
