Woodlands County Council last week heard some concerns over the quality of drinking water in Fort Assiniboine.

Councillor Dale Kluin brought forth concerns from residents in the hamlet over the appearance and quality of the water being consumed.

Woodlands County Mayor Ron Govenlock says Council and Administration will be looking into the matter.

Govenlock also says Council has made a time change to their next Council meeting, which will be held tomorrow, April 2nd.

The meeting will be now be held in the morning at 9:00 in Fort Assiniboine instead of in the evening due to a time conflict with council members.
