A Whitecourt man is facing several charges after he went on a break and enter spree through the Town last week.
On July 3rd, numerous tools and a BB gun were stolen from Canadian Tire, and then on July 6th cigarettes were taken from the First Choice Husky on Kepler Street.
After an investigation, Whitecourt RCMP arrested and charged 21-year-old Cavan Watt with 6 charges:
-Break and Enter to a business
-Break and Enter to steal a firearm
-Disguise with intent to commit an offence
-Theft under $5000
-Possession of methamphetamine
-Fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking
Watt was held for a bail hearing and released on a recognizance to appear in Whitecourt Provincial Court on August 13th.
