RCMP investigating cattle killed in Lac Ste. Anne County

Parkland RCMP are looking for assistance from the public in identifying suspects responsible for killing cattle in Lac Ste. Anne County.

RCMP are investigating three separate occurrences that were reported to Parkland RCMP and the RCMP Livestock Section between September 4, 2020, and October 11, 2020.

During that time, unknown suspects shot and killed or injured cattle belonging to a beef producer in the County of Lac. Ste. Anne. Two animals were killed and a third animal suffered serious injuries. The cattle are worth over $10,000.00.

Police do not believe these incidents were accidental and believe the cattle were targeted.
